COMMUNITY GIVING
Giving back to the communities we serve is part of our purpose-driven mission at Pinocchio Pizza and Burgers. We support a variety of charities throughout the year, working primarily with groups that serve youth and families. Our efforts are focused at the local level, in the neighbourhoods where we live and work.
Pinocchio Pizza and Burgers has always had a strong emphasis on supporting the community. Our franchisees are involved with local organisations and the franchise as a whole has a long history of supporting charities that help disadvantaged children and families.
REAL ESTATE
Great real estate is a key factor in our success. If you’re a broker, landlord or developer, we’d love to hear from you. A few things we look for:
- 1200-1500+/- square feet
- End-cap, free-standing or in-line space with at least 30’ of frontage and sufficient accessible parking
- Grocery or other daily-needs anchored centres, with supporting retail generators
- Dense residential population with large average household size
- Strong daytime working population
- Above average household income as compared to DMA average
